£35m funding package announced

Co-ownership have annouced a £35m private finance deal secured with the Bank of Ireland. This deal should be enough to finance around 200 additional properties this year.

The property value limit will be capped at £175,000 - within the "No stamp duty" threshold.

Share options will be 50%, 62.5% and 75%

People who have been waiting will be given first preference with applications for this special package being taken on a first come, first served basis from 1 November, 2008.
