House prices in Mid Ulster have risen by 5.9% in the last quarter, bringing the average property value up to £133,553 according to the latest government figures.

The Northern Ireland House Price Index, released by Land & Property Services, assisted by the NISRA reveals the average price of residential property in Mid Ulster is higher than the national average of £130,482.

Houses prices in the region have continues to soar over the last 12 months, increasing by 8.1%
